Combilift USA

With a manufacturing facility and company HQ based in Monaghan, Ireland, Combilift exports its ever-growing range of handling solutions to over 85 countries. Established in 1998, Combilift offers the most extensive range of multidirectional and specialist customized handling solutions on offer from any one single manufacture and is now acknowledged as the global leader in the supply of innovative and award winning solutions for handling long and bulky loads, oversized products as well as palletized goods.

Combilift products are designed for safe, space saving and productive handling in diverse industries, and continual 7% of annual revenue investment in R&D keeps the company ahead of other manufacturers and ensures unparalleled product development.

Products range from pedestrian stacker trucks up to the Combi-SC Straddle Carrier and Mobile Gantry ranges which can lift loads of 200,000lbs and over. In between are dozens of models with various load capacities and power options, which work inside and out and in all weather conditions.

For space saving warehousing operations, the Aisle Master VNA articulated trucks work in aisle widths of 6ft, enabling more racking to be installed for a potential doubling of storage density. Impressive lift heights of 49ft also ensure optimum use of all vertical space. The ability to operate indoors and out removes the need for double handling, resulting in safer, faster load cycles and “truck to rack” operations.

Combilift also offers a service that represents excellent added value in the form of a free and no obligation warehouse layout and material flow analyses. CEO and Co-founder Martin McVicar: “Space is one of the most valuable assets our customers possess, and we can show them how to optimize this. Given the continued demand for warehouse space coupled with ever rising business costs, this is now more important than ever.”

Our U.S patent pending K3 in-rack sprinkler guards and safety solutions are designed based on our own experience. We are proud to provide safety and protection products to prevent these disasters and keep your warehouse safe and efficient.

K3 Safety & Protection Products

Having a warehouse of our own, allows DAK to research, explore, and fully recognize that safety is the most important ingredient of a cost effective, productive warehouse.  Our K3 safety products and solutions are designed and offered with the confidence that our products will safeguard your employees, facility, and inventory.

DAK’s K3 premium line of warehouse safety and protection equipment includes: Row Guards | Column Guards | Pallet Stops | Large Equipment Guarding | And More

K3 In-Rack Sprinkler Guards

Fire suppression systems are mandated for safety virtually everywhere in North America and beyond.  When in-rack sprinkler systems are specified, water is released closer to the inventory and in turn minimizes inventory loss and equipment damage.  To ensure your in-rack sprinkler system remains intact and protected from daily impacts of forklift traffic and pallet damage, use DAK’s K3 heavy duty in-rack sprinkler head guards.

DAK’s U.S patent pending K3 In-rack Sprinkler Guards attach directly to the beams instead of the sprinkler system piping, avoiding sprinkler system damage.  The K3 heavy duty design protects from impacts of up to 5000lbs protecting equipment and inventory from unnecessary water damage and compromise.

We designed these U.S patent pending sprinkler guards with 25 years of warehouse safety & fire suppression experience under our belt, and we are proud to say there is no other product on the market like them!

Safety Rail Company

Safety Rail Company is the industry leader in rooftop safety, providing passive fall-protection products for life and compliance. Our mission at SRC is to save lives – and our engineered solutions are designed to reflect that by protecting all workers, all the time.

We are also the manufacturer. Safety Rail Company is not reliant upon overseas vendors and the often frustrating delays caused by supply-chain challenges. We build our own products, right here in America, which allows us to maintain top-notch quality control while also offering the most available ready-to-ship inventory in the market. When you need product, SRC has you covered.

As the preferred fall-protection partner of Fortune 500 companies, we have likewise developed one of the best service processes in the industry: SRC Site Safe, a do-it-all safety solution. From the first site inspection to the final installation review, Safety Rail Company is with you every step of the way. We start by providing our clients with site-specific feedback: engineer-driven recommendations to address all potential fall hazards at your facility. Then, once we’ve manufactured your products in our Minnesota factory, we also install them with our on-staff team of safety experts. This hassle-free operation eliminates the stress associated with finding numerous sources (manufacturers, contractors, subcontractors, and installers) – we do it all.

Safety Rail Company’s versatile product lineup works together to ensure total compliance and safety. Our workhorse product is the SRC360 Mobile Rail: a non-penetrating guardrail that installs at the roof perimeter, acting as a permanent barrier between the worker and the fall hazard. Available in multiple sizes to fit your needs, the SRC360 Mobile Rail utilizes our weighted bases as a foundation – thus, no drilling is required into the rooftop membrane.

Indeed, we offer guardrails for any application, including those that fold down for discretion when not in use, those that complement your building’s architectural sight lines, and those that work on metal-deck roofs.

And because safety is about more than simply securing the leading edge, as any facility manager or compliance officer can testify, rooftop SRC provides a comprehensive roster of solutions providing protection for skylights, open hatches, ladders, and other maintenance obstructions.

Simply give us a call at 888-434-2720 to see how we can help your facility achieve total fall-protection compliance!

Sentry Protection Products

Always on Guard

Behind every business is a story on how it all began. At Sentry Protection Products, we have a story too. Here’s how it all got started. An Ohio building contractor noticed that many of his customers were asking him to repair or replace columns in their facilities that were damaged from forklift hits. He thought there should be a solution other than repair or replacement. Together with the owner of a plastic molding company, a prototype of a column protector was created. That protector was Column Sentry.

Sentry Protection Products formed to market the new product. Since 1988, thousands of Column Sentry products have been sold around the world. From the original product, the line of impact resistant products has grown to include Rack Sentry® and Rack Sentry® CONTOUR rack protectors; Column Sentry FIT and Concrete Wrap™ column protectors; Corner Sentry™ building corner protector; Park Sentry® line of products for parking applications’ and the Collision Sentry® Corner Pro, a collision warning system designed to prevent accidents at blind cormer intersections.

Our impact resistant and collision warning products are sold and distributed world wide and have been recognized for their innovation and quality by many industry organizations.

Located in Lakewood, outside of Cleveland, Ohio, Sentry continually works to introduce new ideas to the marketplace. Recognized for simple design, ease of use and value to users, Sentry products are manufactured in North America and Europe and are sold world wide.

Its blower-driven system delivers a high volume of air at a relatively low pressure– well below OSHA standards. The lower pressure means Jet-Kleen units can be safely aimed at virtually any part of the body (excluding the eyes and ears); even direct contact with unprotected skin poses no hazard. Both the original Jet-Kleen and the NEW Jet-Kleen Limited are available in either portable or wall-mounted models.

Westfalia Technologies, Inc.

Stress-Free Solutions with Westfalia Automated Systems

Automation is the secret to creating the flexibility and reliability needed to accommodate the demands of the supply chain now and into the future. Automated storage/retrieval systems (AS/RS) are an ideal solution, maximizing storage density and optimizing throughput in warehouses across industries.

Westfalia’s automated systems:

Maximize available storage space in existing structures
Minimize overall building footprint up to 50% versus conventional warehouses
Reduce energy use, labor and product damage costs
Increase inventory accuracy and customer service

AS/RS combined with a warehouse execution system (WES), like Savanna.NET®, help to better control material flow and order fulfillment processes, providing accurate, real-time views of inventory and order management. AS/RS and WES are designed to be scalable, as demand and number of SKUs grow for companies of all sizes. In fact, designing the right solution should begin with raw order data, to establish peak performance requirements and projections for future growth plans. Westfalia’s comprehensive data analyses prior to design provide an in-depth, fresh look into how a business operates. These analyses include 3D simulations or models and SKU churn visualizations to find the practical solutions that will actually solve material handling challenges.

With the right plan, team, software, and technology in place, AS/RS typically has a less than five-year payback period and a 25-year lifespan—the ideal future-proof solution.

Investment in Westfalia’s automated systems is a venture into long term peace of mind. When your warehouse is ready to take the leap into automation, Westfalia’s team of experts is prepared to take you there. So take a deep breath, and let’s dive in.
