A+A 2025: Experience Innovations, Share Knowledge & Shape the Future
With the motto “People Matter”, A+A 2025 in Düsseldorf, Germany, will again be the meeting place for the international specialist community for the future of work from November 4 – 7, 2025. Visitors at the world’s leading trade fair for safety and health at work can look forward to a comprehensive overview of current developments and trends – with a clear focus on sustainability, digitalization and New Work.
A+A 2025 will present the latest technologies and products such as exoskeletons, virtual-reality applications for occupational safety, drone solutions for disaster relief as well as AI-assisted risk analyses and ergonomic New Work concepts. In addition, international market leaders and rising start-ups will showcase the latest products and developments in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), that impressively combines safety and efficiency with sustainability.
The trade fair will also offer a wide selection of high-quality components, fabrics and upstream products since component quality plays a decisive role in the performance and safety of work equipment.
A highlight will be the Corporate Wear and Workwear segment, which plays a prominent role at A+A 2025. The requirements for modern workwear are changing rapidly: sustainable materials, smart textiles (wearables) with built-in sensors, personalized designs as well as gender-neutral, comfortable fits are in focus here.
The A+A Congress 2025 will have fresh new formats that pick up on and present current trends hands-on. The focus will be on topics such as sustainability and the effects of climate change, the promotion of health and mental well-being in the working world as well as effective prevention strategies – especially for small and medium-sized companies (SMEs). The role of digitalization and artificial intelligence in modern occupational health and safety will also be examined.
WearRAcon Europe, which will take place for the second time as part of A+A, will provide an in-depth look at wearable robotics and this topic will also be addressed at the congress with forward-looking perspectives in the field of exoskeletons for professional use. The Conference is organized by Fraunhofer IPA and the IFF of Stuttgart University in cooperation with the Wearable Robotics Association (U.S.)
The exhibits will be complemented by an international forum program offering hands-on solutions for the challenges of tomorrow. At the Trend Forum, leading experts will provide insights into current developments and research results. For the first time, the BMWK YOUNG INNOVATORS joint stand will also be located in the “Health at Work” area. Start-ups can present their innovative solutions for occupational safety, ergonomics and prevention – financially supported by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK).
