PFlow Industries a Winner of Southeast Wisconsin Top Workplaces 2025 Award

PFlow Industries, the pioneer in vertical reciprocating conveyor (VRC) industry, announces that it has been named a 2025 Top Workplace winner, for the second year in a row, by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Top Workplace award winners are determined solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey conducted by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, to name a few.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, CEO, Energage. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”

“Achieving recognition as a Top Workplace for the second-year running is a meaningful reflection of who we are at PFlow,” said Pat Koppa, president, PFlow Industries. “As a 100 percent employee-owned company, our strength lies in the shared commitment of our people—not only to building best-in-class vertical lifting solutions, but to creating a workplace where collaboration, innovation, and care for one another thrive. This honor reinforces our belief that when we invest in our people and our communities, we all rise together.”
