A safe and convenient conveyor used for loading and unloading trailers. The Rigid Truckloader has quickly become one of our most popular products.

STANDARD FEATURES

Available in both belt and roller conveyor styles, a wide range of products can be loaded or unloaded. Standard widths up to 48” available and lengths of up to 75’ for use in full-size tractor-trailers.
Operator driven by one simple joystick controller, the Alfacon Rigid Truckloader drives in-and-out of trailers with great ease saving operators the tasks of lifting and carrying the product.

BENEFITS

With minimal operator training required, your increase in case loading and unloading rates begin immediately. Forklift travel at dock doors becomes minimized, and your dock operation becomes safer for all your personnel. A pivoting section of roller conveyor at the operator end equipped with a photosensor ensures no products overflow onto the operator unloading. When in operation, a red beacon light on the control panel flashes to warn all employees of moving machinery.

SAFETY

As with all of our equipment designs, operator safety is our primary concern. The Alfacon Rigid Truckloader comes equipped with a “safety bar” at the operator station preventing danger during operations. Emergency stop buttons at both ends of the Truckloader ensure a prompt shut down when necessary and all pinch points and moving components are guarded for operator safety.
