SAFETY 2019 is Stage for Unveiling Combustion Safety Solutions by Rockford Systems

rockfordRockford Systems, LLC., a premier provider of industrial safety solutions, is launching at the SAFETY 2019 Conference & Exposition a new line of differentiated, faster-to-market and cost effective combustion solutions to improve the safety and fuel management requirements of its thermal-processing customers in the petrochemical, incineration, gypsum, glass and power generation sectors.

“SAFETY 2019 is a global stage of innovation and has a highly regarded reputation of showcasing breakthrough safety solutions,” said Carrie Halle, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. “Unveiling our new combustion safety solutions at SAFETY 2019 delivers on this promise. Rockford Systems is laying the foundation to fundamentally change the way valve safety trains are designed, ordered and delivered across a range of industrial sectors.”

Many Rockford Systems safeguarding customers fabricate products that are subsequently thermally processed. By expanding its range of services to include combustion safety, Rockford Systems broadens its industrial safety solution portfolio to better meet its customers’ plant-wide needs. Valve safety trains control the flow of gasses for heat-treating equipment, such as industrial furnaces, ovens, dryers and boilers, making them a crucial component in assuring operational safety and energy efficiency.

In addition to the production of standardized and customized valve safety trains, Rockford Systems offers combustion safety training, on-site risk assessments, annual inspections, pre-acquisition audits, customized engineered solutions, quality installation and post-sale support. This turnkey solution allows customers the convenience of one-stop shopping for all of their combustion safety needs, as well as provides peace-of-mind working with a globally trusted brand such as Rockford Systems.

During the show, Rockford Systems will share its pioneering developments in valve safety train technology as well as the latest in its machine safeguarding solutions. This includes UNITROL Soft Touch Pinch-Point Safety Solutions for spot welders and pneumatic riveters, interlocking shields and a sanding belt holder that enables lathe operators to sand, polish and deburr metals while keeping their hands away from rotating parts to prevent entanglement.

SAFETY 2019 is scheduled for June 9 through June 12 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA. Rockford Systems will be in booth #1837. Mr. Roger Harrison, the company’s Director of Training, is slated to present an educational seminar titled “Machine Safeguarding Update” on Wednesday, June 12 from 8:00 to 9:00 AM. Seminar attendees will gain knowledge of new technology from several ANSI B11 standards, including the new B11.19 and ANSI/RIA R15.05 on industrial robot safeguarding, along with a better understanding of traditional guards, devices and safeguarding methods.
