Evotix Unveils AI-Powered Enhancements for Prioritized SIF Prevention

Latest updates build SIF thinking into everyday incident work

Evotix, the world-leading provider of environment, health, safety and sustainability (EHS&S) software, has announced the release of several key enhancements that put proactive serious injury and fatality (SIF) prevention into daily work.

Evotix’s end-of-year release blends SIF best practices with AI that learns from historical data to help teams act quicker on the risks that matter most in a single, proactive loop.

Key enhancements include:

  • Structured SIF classification: Quickly identify contributing factors and link incidents directly to appropriate preventive and mitigating controls so every event teaches the organization how to reduce the next one;
  • AI that taps into corporate EHS knowledge: Evotix AI uses retrieval-based technology to scan past organizational incidents, audits and controls to bring forward the most relevant context for the situation. It’s not a substitute for years of on-site experience; it’s a multiplier that instantly absorbs institutional know-how before every response; and
  • Built-in AI guidance: Built-in prompts and auto-fills across web and mobile allows any employee to capture hazards, apply the right controls and reduce potential SIFs. AI links to policies and past events for trusted, verifiable guidance.

Additional Evotix updates include a best practice workplace risk assessment module and a new, faster import wizard for historic data transfer.
