Southworth International Group Inc. Acquires Gruse Maschinenbau GmbH & Co.
Southworth International Group, Inc. (“SIGI”), a global provider of ergonomic material handling solutions, announced that it has acquired Gruse Maschinenbau GmbH & Co., an established manufacturer of engineered industrial lifting solutions located in Aerzen, Germany.
