Steel King Named a Most Valuable Supplier by Leading Industry Association for 9th Straight Year

Award demonstrates Steel King’s commitment to excellence, professionalism, and responsible stewardship

Steel King Industries, a leading manufacturer of storage rack and material handling products announced that it has been awarded the prestigious MVS (Most Valuable Supplier) Award for its outstanding achievements in 2023 by industry trade association MHEDA (The Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association). Given to less than 10 percent of all MHEDA member companies, this achievement marks the 9th consecutive year that Steel King has achieved the Award.

To qualify for the MVS Award, Steel King had to meet a series of criteria in areas important to the companies who do business with them, including a commitment to excellence, professionalism, and responsible stewardship. Companies must also demonstrate an ongoing commitment to safety and employee training and provide documentation of active participation in programs that demonstrate they ‘give back’ to their communities.

MVS Award winners have demonstrated an overall commitment to business excellence by documenting activity in the following areas:

• Industry Advocacy;
• Distributor Advocacy;
• Business Networking;
• Continuing Education; and
• Business Best Practices.

As part of the nomination process, a Steel King dealer must recommend the company for MVS status.
