Warehouse Associates Complete More Tasks in the Aisle and at the Cart with the Chuck AMR

The Chuck autonomous mobile robot (AMR) from Ocado Intelligent Automation is the most configurable automated cart in the industry. Used in over 100 facilities worldwide, the Chuck AMR works collaboratively with associates to expedite daily warehouse tasks such as put away, picking, sortation, and returns.

OIA’s Chuck AMR is a person-to-goods solution designed to rapidly deploy and boost productivity and reduce human error by leading workers to warehouse items, optimizing routes to reduce long ways that can fatigue employees. With Chuck’s ladder mounts, workspace trays, hand scanner mounts, bag, label and tape holders, and other accessories, associates can complete more tasks more efficiently.

Chuck can navigate any warehouse without new infrastructure, features large, modular, and multilevel workspaces and can carry a 200 pound payload. Because Chuck is optimized to handle large items, it’s especially suited for warehouses that distribute and ship a large variety of physical SKU sizes, as well as low-to-medium throughput retail, logistics and 3PL operations.
