OHD to Increase Health and Safety while Fit Testing with Release of PURE Adapters

OHD, LLLP is proud to present the next generation of fit test adapters for users who utilize OHD’s controlled negative pressure technology (Fit Tester 3000, Quantifit®, QuantiFit2®). The OHD PURE Adapter allows users to dial up their program based on the specific situation, climate and application.

The revolutionary new PURE Adapter allows users to fully disassemble and sanitize respirator adapters between each user/fit test. There also is the option to add an in-line filtration that has a 95 percent efficiency rating resulting in reduced cross-contamination threats.

“Over the last number of months, the global fit testing market has been searching to find better ways for full sanitization of adapters used during fit testing. Many fit testing programs simply stopped operating until they could identify complete solutions to this
question,” said Luke Allen, president, OHD. “While CNP systems and traditional adapters do not increase exposure risks with respirator fit testing, we were inspired to innovate solutions to better answer this market need. The OHD Pure Adapter is a product that takes health and safety to another level for not just the fit testing subject but also the fit testing operator.”

Further reduce already low levels of risk if not for any other reason than peace of mind. The PURE Adapter solution offers the ounce of prevention that may be necessary to face whatever comes next.
