Strong Man Introduces New Products in Partnership with Powerblanket

Strong Man has partnered with Powerblanket® to introduce three products in an entirely new category with Powerblanket Concrete Curing Blankets, Ground Thawing Blankets and Hot Box pallet warmers.

Strong Man continuously updates their products to meet construction needs and in winter months, jobsite safety and protection are paramount. With these new product offerings, you can save time and money, keep your project on schedule, and extend the working season by solving the problems jobsites frequently experience in colder months.

“We see these products making a big difference on the jobsite by keeping construction crews on schedule, despite freezing temperatures,” said Jay Kinder, President of Strong Man Safety Products Corp.

With Powerblanket Concrete Curing Blankets, Strong Man wants to ensure that your jobsite is prepared for concrete pours, even in the harshest weather. Rated with a 3,925 psi in 72 hours, the Concrete Curing Blankets cure concrete 2.8 times faster than conventional methods. These curing blankets are UL/CSA/CE certified and are easy to install and remove.

Powerblanket Ground Thawing Blankets help thaw out cold-weather environments from snow, ice and frozen ground. Thaw the ground fast and quickly melt snow and ice that can impact jobsites during winter months. These thawing blankets are important when it comes to removing frost to prepare ground for anything from digging and trenching to concrete pouring. Equipped with 120-volts of power, these blankets get the job done fast to combat weather-related downtime.

For on-site storage or remote location use, the Powerblanket Hot Box pallet warmers protect products from freezing temperatures and keeps materials warm without overheating or burning them. The Premium Hot Boxes also feature adjustable thermostatic controllers to allow temperatures to be controlled, always ensuring that your materials remain safe no matter the weather. The Powerblanket Hot Boxes are also energy efficient to help save on operating costs. With varying performance levels, the 110-volt, durable vinyl shell keeps products safe and controlled at the proper temperature ensuring that you won’t lose materials due to harsh weather.

“These products all work together to help prevent serious jobsite problems in the winter. Rapidly thawing out the ground, controlling temperatures of sensitive materials, and curing concrete fast, helps to improve working conditions, decrease downtime, and save money. This all makes a huge difference when it comes to getting the job done,” said Kinder.
