Barcoding, Inc. Continues Rapid Growth in 2017

Leader in enterprise-wide mobility solutions expands services and solidifies West Coast presence

Barcoding, Inc., a leader in enterprise-wide mobility solutions, continues its rapid growth going into the fourth quarter of 2017. As the result of recent acquisitions and staff additions, the company has now solidified its presence on the West Coast and expanded services to meet client demand.

Barcoding expanded its reach to the West Coast with the acquisition of mobile solutions provider Versatile Mobile Systems, Inc. (VMS), located in Lynnwood, Washington. This acquisition strengthens Barcoding’s position as the leading system integrator in the industry. In addition, the Washington state location enables the company to provide a “follow the sun” support model for its customers and partners.

Further establishing the company’s presence on the West Coast is the addition of California-based vice president of client solutions, Greg Henry, and senior account manager, Jason Parmelee. Henry and Parmelee bring with them a combined 30 years of mobility services experience to Barcoding having worked with a number of service providers.

The company also strategically added nine employees to its support, sales, marketing and financial services teams including Christopher Anastasis, deployment services associate, Monat Banks, deployment services associate, Benjamin Goldsmith, production assistant, Brandon Johnson, production assistant, Herman Lavender, wireless network engineer, Daniel Blank, consumable sales rep, Jillian Margiotta, inside sales rep, Jennifer Jericho, marketing manager, and Andrew Vidal, senior accountant.

Changes to the leadership team include the promotions of Matt Cunningham, former national sales director, to vice president of sales, Jody Costa to vice president of marketing, Brooks Schuler to vice president of finance and Kevin Smith to deployment services manager.

In addition, Barcoding’s recent acquisition of Baltimore-based NV3 Technologies, now POWER UP™ (http://powerupconnect.com/)has helped the company expand the services it can provide clients to include premium device charging capabilities.

Shane Snyder, president, Barcoding, said, “Our staff talent is central to our strategic growth. Through our strategic acquisitions and staff hires, we are positioned to continue to grow and provide our current and future clients with the solutions they need to run their businesses more efficiently while increasing connectivity and accuracy.”
