Height Safety Expert Guardian Launches Innovative Tool and Streamlined Process for Product Customization

Global height safety specialist Guardian is excited to launch its new, industry-first, digital customization tool and streamlined order process at this year’s World of Concrete show.

Designed to make it simpler than ever to tailor workers’ full-body harnesses, the customization tool enables end users to choose from over ten elements, including webbing color, and D-ring configuration, as well as adding their company’s logo for increased brand presence on the jobsite.

Central to the new tool is the supporting hassle-free, streamlined request and fulfilment process. All online requests are followed up by a Guardian team member within 24 hours, and with all customization taking place at Guardian’s Height Safety Center in Houston, the company can offer low MOQs of 25 units and impressively quick turnaround times.

Guardian’s customization program enables businesses to build brand pride, drive worker visibility, and even identify different worker teams on jobsites. Customized products help to enhance safety by making it easier for supervisors to quickly ensure workers are using current and compliant height safety equipment, while helping businesses manage and control inventory.

“We are pleased to offer true customization to all kinds of businesses, in any industry, large or small. As part of our height safety mission, we are proud to make it simpler for users to customize their harnesses to their specific needs. Our digital tool and streamlined processes have been meticulously designed to make the brand, safety, and operational benefits of customization easily accessible to all,” said Sean Wirth, senior product manager, Guardian.

The customization tool will further develop and expand over coming months in conjunction with end user feedback – with the option to customize additional height safety equipment such as SRLs and lanyards. Guardian sales representatives are available to answer any questions and give further information about the timing and next stages of development.

“We believe our customers should never have to compromise on being able to specify harnesses around their unique requirements. We have worked closely with our user partners to identify the pain points in customization – such as excessively high MOQs, long lead times, and complex processes – to design a tool and streamline our processes to make it truly simple to achieve their perfect solution. We look forward to end users trying out the tool and to learn more at our World of Concrete exhibit,” said Curt Lehman, sales director, Guardian.

The launch of the customization tool and refined order process is one in a series of innovations Guardian will feature at this year’s World of Concrete exhibition – all part of the company’s ongoing mission to simplify height safety.

Guardian will exhibit at World of Concrete from January 17th- 19th in the Central Hall at Booth #C4449.
