Global Glove and Safety Manufacturing, Inc., announced Wednesday that it has purchased the majority of shares of Safe-Fit LLC.

Located in Juarez, Mexico, Safe-Fit provides a broad range of safety products in the industrial personal protection market.

Global Glove and Safety Manufacturing, Inc. is an industry-leading global manufacturer of gloves and personal protective equipment.

The acquisition of Safe-Fit allows Global Glove to have a larger footprint in the PPE markets of Mexico, Central and South America. Safe-Fit will continue to operate as Safe-Fit LLC at their current locations.
