Milwaukee Updates Its Personal Protective Equipment Customization Process to be Offered in House
Milwaukee Tool continues to expand its support for its personal protective equipment with the industry’s first interactive customization process. This new interactive, real-time design tool offers best in-class user experience with Milwaukee® Head Protection and Safety Vests customization.
Milwaukee® Customization will allow users to add their company logo to their PPE at a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 24. Print capabilities for head protection include up to four unique logo locations on the front, back, left, and right sides with unlimited print colors. Users must use the same style of head protection, either hard hat or helmet, but can mix class, brim style, suspension, and colors in increments of six to hit the MOQ. Print capabilities for safety vests include up to two unique logo locations, on the front left pocket, back, or lower back, with up to 8 print colors. Users can mix vest sizes, but not styles or colors, in increments of 12 to hit the MOQ.
Most logo file types are accepted, and graphic design support will be available to assist in recreating or converting uploaded files to high-resolution vectors for printing. Milwaukee® Customization condenses current industry time from ordering and receiving with an estimated turnaround time for most orders 2-3 weeks after approved final logo artwork. If multiple customized products are on order, they will move to production once all artwork has been approved. Additional production time will be needed for large scale orders.
Users are welcome to submit orders through a Milwaukee® Sales Representative, Milwaukee® Connect, or by creating a configurator ID. Pricing will vary due to order quantity, the number of colors used, and the number of locations with no hidden or additional fees.
