VENTURE GEAR VGPM80 AND VGPM90 SERIES – NEW COLORS AVAILABLE

The popular Venture Gear VGPM80 series and VGPM90 series of passive hearing protection by Pyramex Safety now have new colors for 2019. The VGPM80 series is now available 8 total colors – the NEW Black and Hi-Vis Orange, in addition to the existing colors Hi-Vis Yellow, Purple, Pink, Gray, Teal and Graphite Pattern. The VGPM90 series is available in 4 colors – the NEW OD Green and Powder Blue along with the existing Gray and Pink. Both of these series are popular with ranges for their comfort and color selection but also for the expansive logo program that Pyramex offers to ranges on these items, along with a vast assortment of eyewear. Both series are packaged in a clamshell and include a free pair of disposable earplugs.

PYRAMEX CAPPTURE – PROTECTION FOR SHOOTERS THAT WEAR PRESCRIPTION GLASSES

The new Pyramex Cappture is safety eyewear designed specifically for shooters who wear prescription glasses. The Cappture fits snugly over a variety of prescription eyewear models – from small, sleek frames to large round rim frames. The unique features of the Pyramex Cappture are the top-mounted, slimline temples that attach to the top of the frame and allow users to still wear hearing protection with little to no leakage on the NRR protection of their ear pro. Many Over-The-Spectacle safety glasses have bulky temples or they overlap the temples of the prescription eyewear and create a large gap in the earcup. This large gap diminishes the effectiveness of the hearing protection, but thanks to the Cappture, that won’t be an issue anymore! The Anti-Fog protection on the Pyramex Cappture will also help prevent any fogging issues that wearers of prescription eyewear encounter.

NEW EARPLUGS SOLUTIONS

Pyramex is introducing two new earplug options in 2019. The PYRP3001 contains a rubber reusable corded earplug (NRR 24dB) with a small plastic carrying case. The triple flanges on the plugs allow them to fit securely into your ear but without the pressure of foam plugs. The PYDP1000PC contains 5 pair of disposable foam earplugs (NRR 32dB) along with a plastic carrying case. The plugs have a NRR of 32dB. Both of these new options contain a small carrying case that fits easily into most range bags so you don’t have to worry about forgetting your hearing protection when you hit the range.
