Strong Man Introduces New Fire Retardant Heavy Duty Mesh Tarps

Strong Man Safety Products has introduced the all-new Fire Retardant Heavy Duty Mesh Tarp to provide safer, more efficient jobsites year-round. Strong Man is dedicated to providing reliable safety products for the toughest jobs. The new mesh tarp is made to keep job-site materials contained.

“This new tarp is made of knitted mesh, intended to create a temporary containment barrier to improve job-site safety,” said Rafael Martinez, National Sales Manager of Strong Man Safety Products. “Safety is number one on the job and this tarp helps provide added safety to the site by containing debris and helping to reduce the risk of injury from falling debris.”

The fire-retardant mesh tarp is made from 70% knitted mesh and are air permeable yet dense enough to contain job-site materials. Ideal for construction projects, this tarp is made for various construction including exterior or interior restorations, scaffolding, spray fireproofing, plastering and stucco or drywall insulation.

This tarp is available in green or black and 20’ X 20’, 20’ x 30’, or 20’ X 50’ sizes. The new Strong Man tarp meets NFPA 701 Test Method 2 and is UV-treated to ensure a long-lasting barrier to protect employees and pedestrians.

With resistance to rips-and-tears, this tarp is durable, easy to use and install. Both sizes’ perimeter edges are folded twice, creating a 3-layer, double-stitched hem for extra strength with brass grommets spaced every two inches on all edges. This tarp can also be made-to-order for specialty sizing.
