J. J. Keller Announces Compliance Matrix Service

Service audits and documents all safety and environmental compliance requirements impacting a facility

The more complex and highly regulated a company’s operation is, the more difficult it can be to keep up with the numerous OSHA and EPA regulations the company must comply with. To help companies understand their regulatory responsibilities, J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. has introduced its new Compliance Matrix service.

According to Lagerstrom, the Compliance Matrix provides a J. J. Keller consultant who audits a company’s operation to develop a customized compliance matrix, which offers a complete, searchable view of all the regulations that apply to the company’s facility, along with details for maintaining compliance in each area. The matrix includes:

  • Applicable regulations;
  • Rule summaries;
  • Requirements categories;
  • Permit requirements;
  • Position-specific responsibilities;
  • Task owners; and
  • Task frequency and due dates.

“With the J. J. Keller® Compliance Matrix, you can now quickly build a compliance calendar, ensure you’re providing the proper safety training, and develop a summary of tasks for each position with EHS responsibilities,” said Mitch Lagerstrom, director of EHS consulting services, J.J. Keller. “No more guesswork and no more worrying about what you might be missing.”
