DACS material handling division manufactures corrugated steel decking and fire code compliance products for warehouse and distribution facilities. DACS is the one source for patented Punch Deck®, Punch Deck® Plus and FlueKeeper®.
Punch Deck open area rack deck is corrugated steel decking with over 50% open surface area. Punch Deck is FM (Factory Mutual) Approved and NFPA 13 compliant.
Punch Deck Plus is open area rack deck with an open area flat cap, ideal for storage of items with legs or point loads such as furniture or equipment with wheels. Punch Deck Plus is FM (Factory Mutual) Approved.
FlueKeeper allows your sprinkler system to function as designed by providing 3" of clear- ance between rack posts and stored materials, effectively keeping required transverse flue spaces open. DACS offers original, heavy duty, fixed length and structural FlueKeeper models. Also recently introduced: Center FlueKeeper pallet dividers maintain center flue spaces between pallet loads, and Rear FlueKeeper maintains horizontal flue spaces at the back of rows of racking.

Fire Barriers assist in-rack sprinkler activation and help contain the spread of flames down a row of pallet racking. Offered in horizontal and vertical styles.
Solid corrugated steel rack deck: DACS solid rack deck sits flush with the top surface of the pallet rack beam, creating a smooth flat surface for product to easily slide on and off. It is also used attached to the floor for elevated bottom-level storage.
Mezzanine deck from DACS is the ideal sub-flooring material for mezzanines, catwalks and overhead aisle ways.
