Knut Fenner Joins CON-Pearl NA Inc. as Vice President and General Manager

GREENVILLE, SC – September 1, 2014 – CON-Pearl North America Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of friedola-TECH GmbH of Germany announced today that Knut Fenner has joined the organization as Vice President with responsibility for the North American market.

Mr. Fenner joins CON-Pearl with many years of general management experience with large and small companies. “With the significant growth we are experiencing in our North American markets we are excited to have Knut join our organization to lead our efforts forward” said Dr. Matthias Stein, friedola-TECH’s CEO. “His experience in leading and growing organizations will be a great asset and we look forward to continue to service our customers under his leadership”.

Prior to joining CON-Pearl, Mr. Fenner held a series of senior leadership positions at Siemens Healthcare USA, Lutron Electronics Inc. and Matcor Inc. He has a BA in Industrial Design from Germany and an Executive MBA from the Rutgers Business School.

Mr. Fenner replaces Stefan Hoedt, who has led the successful establishment and growth of CON-Pearl since 2012. Mr. Hoedt will return to Germany to assume responsibility for all of friedola-TECH’s manufacturing operations.
